I'm having trouble logging into my account
I’m having trouble logging into my account? If you have recently signed up and haven’t verified your email address, this may be the reason you can’t log in. If that is the case, go to your email inbox (or spam box just in case) and find the verification email and verify it by clicking on the link. If you can’t locate the verification email, you can request a new one on the main page www.paid2bpopular.com and click “Resend verification”. A new email will be sent immediately so check right away.
If you have forgotten your password, there is a place on the main page that says “Forgot password” and upon clicking on it and inserting your email address, a temporary password will be sent to your email address. Once you log in with the temporary password, it is recommended to go under “Account settings” and change your password.
Where do I go if I need help?
If you are still have issues logging in, go to the Help Desk on the bottom of the main page and submit a help ticket.

Fill in the form and submit your ticket. We attempt to resolve issues within 24 hours through the Help desk. You will be sent an email with a response to the email you provide in the Help ticket.
